Our programme for the delivery of lessons is centred on the National Teaching Plan for Swimming as laid down by the ASA.
This plan covers all aspects of swimming and culminates in the “pre competitive” phase. (This is the level at which swimmers would be able to attend our swim camps.) Our aim is to introduce skills in
such a way that the swimmers will find it easy to progress into club swimming if they so wish.
Our teaching staff are selected based upon their experience in Club swimming and their understanding of the dynamics involved in swimming. They recognise the importance of developing sound skills at an early age. Our water helpers are selected from the local Swimming Clubs and as well as being level 1 teachers in their own right, they are also top class swimmers themselves.
Our base for lessons is at The Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre where we are fortunate enough to have access to the state of the art 50m pool. The facilities are among the best in the country and First 4 Sports are pleased to provide only the best for our clients.
